Drop-Off and Pick-Up Policy

With each order, The Board Bartender provides a comprehensive delivery service with local drop-off and pick-up in the Kingston, Ontario area. Unfortunately, at this time, The Board Bartender cannot support locations outside our deliverable zone in Kingston, Ontario. The determination of whether or not a delivery location falls within our deliverable zone falls solely with The Board Bartender and can be altered at any time. Should a charge be made and a delivery cannot be completed due to the location being outside our deliverable zone, The Board Bartender will refund the order or provide an equivalent valued service. Delivery locations can be any secure and reasonably publicly accessible location at the player's selection. This includes, but is not limited to, front doors of private residences, business front desks, public venues, outdoor locations, and parking lots. The Board Bartender simply requires the player to be present at the drop-off location to collect the order during the delivery window and leave the order at the pre-defined secure location for safe pick-up. Each order with one or more games in the same rental period is subject to a delivery fee that includes drop-off and pick-up by our in-house drivers at the selected times. Each change in rental period is subject to an additional delivery charge at the discretion of The Board Bartender.
